Ok, can someone please tell me who he is? He's got this little topknot that looks like a flame, which reminds me of siva, a long club with a very interesting shape, he's looking at a medal hanging around his neck, and holding (a bible?). Next to him stands a very happy and chubby elf statue, so he's in very good company. But who is he? Oh tell me please!

It's Jude the Apostle, aka the patron saint of lost causes. He was martyred, possibly with a club, which is why it's his attribute. The flame over his head refers to the Pentecost when the holy spirit descended upon the 12 apostles causing them, presumably, to speak in tongues.
