This is the time of year this plant takes off and swallows up all the hostas and bleeding hearts in the garden. I have trouble pulling it up when I see those wide blue eyes that I know only have a fragment of one day to take it all in.
It is spiderwort isn't it? I'm not sure, it seems to have only 2 petals when most kinds of have 3.
