cel phonometry

My razar cel phone is like a pregnancy test, apparently. There's this dot inside that turns red. Which is what's supposed to happen if your phone gets wet. Although I never dropped it in water, I promise I really didn't, the dot inside my phone is red. That's what I found out when I went to the Verizon store yesterday to find out why my phone couldn't hold any power. I was told I'd have to get a new phone, which is not an option for me right now, so I sat there in a mopey silence for a long time, until one of the people at the store suggested I try getting a new battery, because it might work. So I did, and it does work now.

Will the tricks never cease? This is the second time this summer I've caused justice to prevail by subjecting whatever shyster is trying to rip me off to a long, mopey, seemingly endless brooding silence. Try it! Warning, it doesn't work with mosquitoes or jellyfish.

By the way, props to my friends George and Monica, living proof that one can survive without a cel phone or car. It's hard to imagine.
