36 W. 17th Street, a shopfront I walk by often on the way to work. The business is called Barry Hard to Get Items. Last time I walked by I believe I saw a "for rent" sign on the window. No surprise really, what's surprising is how long it remained as above, one of the most lovely aleatory installations I've seen.
