Domino Magazine is co-sponsoring an amazing benefit art sale in NYC. UNFRAMED 2008 is a very rare event for regular people -- there are 17 famous, well-known (LEGIT) artists that are donating numerous pieces directly and the prices are bargain cheap TAX FREE because it 100% benefits charity (ACRIA). (UNFRAMED is legendary for the deals people get and big name art dealers line up around the corner for this too - but there are no previews or pre-sales…the public gets to come with everyone else - making this sale an even playing field) - some artists are even commissioning original works just for this event. “UNFRAMED 2008” is an enormous art sale 100% benefiting ACRIA (AIDS Community Research Initiative of America, www.acria.org) that will include paintings, prints, sculpture and photography by 17 exciting, established artists (with unique works and limited-editions, too!) as well as a special silent auction. Each of the 17 artists will donate numerous pieces (bet 10—100/ea) of original works to be sold at set prices (well below market), ranging from $300 to $1,200.

ACRIA is throwing “UNFRAMED 2008” to raise money for AIDS research, treatment and education. By supporting ACRIA you are helping people with HIV and AIDS in New York City, across the country, and around the world live longer, healthier lives.
