the mystery of the cabbage


It's impossible that this tastes as good as it does, sauteed with ginger, sesame oil, garlic and shitake mushrooms. It is impossible.

It's named Hakusai in Japanese. It's mean white vegetables.
But it looks yellow color. Taste is very good for me. ^^

I couldn't find it this week, so I used bok choi in the soup. Missed it!
